Can I order a custom piece?
Yes, some pieces can be personalized. Feel free to get in touch, and let’s see together if your ideas can take shape in the material.

How can I tell if a piece is available?
Each product page clearly indicates whether the item is in stock or made to order.

How do I place an order?
Orders are placed directly through the online shop. The process is simple and seamless — like a thread gently unwinding.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the creations are happy to travel. Shipping fees are automatically adjusted based on the destination.

What are the shipping times?
Allow 3 to 7 business days for items in stock. For made-to-order pieces, a specific timeframe will be indicated.

Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking link is sent as soon as the order is handed over to the carrier.

Workshops

Do you offer workshops?
Yes, occasional workshops are held at the studio in Arinthod. Spinning, enamelling, textile creation… Dates and details are available on the dedicated page.

Are the workshops suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Every gesture is taught with patience, in a spirit of sharing and kindness.

Subscriptions

What is the monthly box for spinners/felters?
An inspiring box filled with carefully selected fibres, a creative sheet, and a postcard. A monthly pause — to receive like a breath of air.

Is there a postcard subscription coming soon?
Yes, a subscription offer is in the works, featuring exclusive series, ongoing stories, and a personal touch. Sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know.

Paiements

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer – several options are available at checkout.

Is the payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are secure. Your personal data is handled with the utmost care.

Can I return a piece?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Can personalized pieces be returned?
No. Custom-made creations are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Care Instructions

How do I care for enamelled copper jewellery?
It’s best to avoid water, perfume, and impact. Enamel is strong but still glass. Copper may develop a natural patina over time. Store your jewellery away from light and humidity.

How do I care for textile pieces?
Hand wash gently in lukewarm water with a natural detergent. No machine, no wringing. Lay flat to dry — simply and softly.

Customization

Can I request a unique piece of jewellery or yarn?
Yes, whenever possible. Each request is considered with care. Feel free to write to me — I’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Do you collaborate with other artists or makers?
Yes, when our worlds resonate in harmony. All proposals are welcome.
