Unbound Textiles – Materials to Explore
Fragment, weaving, raw stitching. Here, the thread takes form without imposed function.
These are pieces apart.
Not meant to be worn, but to be seen, touched, sometimes suspended, sometimes laid down.
Irregular weavings, textile wall objects, hybrid forms: I work by instinct, letting the material lead me.
These textiles are attempts.
Sometimes almost sculptural, sometimes fragile.
I create them without a plan, from remnants of wool, recomposed threads, assembled textures.
They are free gestures, between textile art and plastic research.
