1. Purpose

These TCS govern the contractual relationship between Emaux Emoi and its customers, in the context of the sale of enamelled copper, gold and silver jewellery, textile items, artworks and art prints, as well as the creative workshops offered.

2. Products and Services Offered

Emaux Emoi offers:

• Handmade jewellery in enamelled copper, gold and silver, available as unique pieces or in small series.

• Textile creations made from natural fibres, handspun, hand-knitted, crocheted or woven.

• Original artworks: paintings, drawings, photographs, engravings and mixed media.

• Fine art prints from original works, in limited editions, signed and numbered.

• Training workshops (enamelling, spinning, textile creation).

• Knitting machine rental, individual use by appointment.

Each piece is handcrafted and may present natural variations or unique features.

3. Production Process

​

Jewellery: cutting and hammering copper, applying several layers of enamel, high-temperature kiln firing.
Textiles: spinning natural fibres, dyeing, knitting, weaving or crocheting.
Artworks and prints: creation of original works (drawings, paintings, photography), followed by fine art printing, sometimes in limited edition.

 

4. Orders and Acceptance of the TCS

Any order placed via www.emauxemoi.com, or acceptance of a quote or order form, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5. Prices and Payments

​

All prices are in euros, VAT included.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

For orders or workshop bookings requiring a deposit: deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

6. Production and Delivery Times

​

For custom-made creations: production time is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the season and complexity.

The timeframe begins once full payment is received.

Delivery times are indicative. Emaux Emoi is not responsible for delays or damage during transport.

6 bis. Liability Related to Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Shipping is handled by a carefully selected third-party carrier. Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, Emaux Emoi cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, damage, or delivery delays.

The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any complaint must be addressed directly to the carrier, within their stated deadlines. Emaux Emoi will assist the customer where possible in their dealings, but does not refund or replace items lost or damaged by the carrier.

7. Workshops

​

Booking is required via online payment.

If the participant is late, the missed time will be deducted from the session.

Emaux Emoi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in case of force majeure.

8. Image Rights

​

All photographs and visuals of the creations are the exclusive property of Emaux Emoi. Any use or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

By registering for a workshop, the customer consents to their image being used for communication purposes, unless they object in writing before the session.

9. Responsibilities and Allergies

​

Materials used include copper, silver, gold, wool, and other natural fibres.

Emaux Emoi disclaims any liability in the event of an allergic reaction.

In the event of supplier or subcontractor failure, Emaux Emoi cannot be held responsible for delays or shortages.

10. Right of Withdrawal

​

In accordance with the law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for all distance purchases, except:

• Personalized or custom-made items,

• Workshops after the scheduled session date.

 

11. Language of the Contract

​

These Terms and Conditions are written in French. In case of translation, only the French version is legally binding. French law shall apply.
