Mains tenant le cœur

What data is collected?

When you place an order, leave a message or subscribe to the newsletter, certain information is collected: your name, surname, postal address, email address, phone number, and sometimes your preferences (colours, materials, etc.).
This data is necessary to deliver your creations, respond to your requests, and keep you informed of the studio's latest news.

How is it used?

This data is used solely to:

  • prepare and ship your orders,

  • respond to your messages,

  • send you, if you have agreed, a heartfelt newsletter (not more than once or twice a month),

  • improve your experience on the website.

Your data is never shared or sold to third parties. Ever.

How long is it stored?

Only as long as needed to fulfil its purpose:

  • Order-related data is kept for 6 years (legal accounting obligation).

  • Newsletter and message data is kept until you request its deletion — which you can do at any time.

Where is it stored?

Your data is hosted on secure servers located in Europe, and protected against intrusion.

Your rights

You have the right to view, modify or delete your data.
Just send a message to: emauxemoi@gmail.com

Not the kind you dip in tea, but small digital files stored in your browser.

Why?

To:

  • analyse site traffic (via Google Analytics),

  • offer you a smooth and pleasant browsing experience.

What types of cookies are used?

  • Preference cookies: to remember your navigation settings.

What about Google Analytics?

Yes, Emaux Emoi uses Google Analytics, a tool that helps understand how the website is used — in order to improve it.
The data collected is anonymised, does not allow you to be personally identified, and is stored within the European Union whenever possible.

How can you refuse cookies?

  • adjust your browser settings to block them,

  • refuse all or some cookies via the consent banner shown during your first visit,
